The National Labor Exchange Team

The NLx is a partnership between the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) and DirectEmployers Association (DE).

NASWA is the national organization representing all 50 state workforce agencies, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. These agencies deliver training, employment, career, business, and wage and hour services, in addition to administering unemployment insurance, veteran reemployment, and labor market information programs. NASWA provides policy expertise, shares promising state practices, and promotes state innovation and leadership in workforce development.

DE is a nonprofit HR trade association and a recognized leader in HR compliance and talent acquisition solutions. Founded in 2001, the Association guides over 1,100 employer Members in complying with VEVRAA and Section 503 obligations and in implementing strategic talent acquisition strategies to maximize job visibility, awareness, and recruitment advertising. By combining federal contractor compliance expertise with innovative software, the Association empowers its Members with the tools, education, and support needed to navigate regulatory complexities and succeed in an ever-evolving talent acquisition landscape.
